搜索不到设备
1.如果安装了手机管家/360手机助手等软件,或者某些系统安全提示,禁止了APP的一些权限(WLAN、位置、),会导致无法搜索成功。进入这些权限管理的地方,全部设置为允许。
2. 距离太远导致设备信号很弱,请把设备移到路由器旁再尝试连接。
3. 检查配对的过程中设备是否已退出配对模式。
4. 切换网络重新配对。
5. 切换手机重新配对。
6. 设备断电重启后,根据以下情况重试几次:
① 如果设备进入AP配对模式(指示灯快闪),请在手机设置-WiFi列表界面查找设备热点( ITEAD-10000XXXX ),密码:12345678,搜索不到设备热点和密码错误都属于硬件问题,请联系卖家。
② 如果设备进入Touch配对模式(指示灯快闪2下第3下常亮),请检查WiFi路由器是否开启“无线网络内部隔离”,开启会导致APP与设备之间无法访问,无法搜索到设备,请关闭这个功能。
③ GSM设备扫码显示“不是有效的二维码”,请确认此设备是否属于“易微联支持”类产品,如果属于“易微联支持”类产品,请尝试把二维码拍成照片,放大后重新扫描。
没有切换到设备热点
1. 请确保设备在配对的过程中处于配对模式。
2. 如果设备已退出配对模式,请让设备再次进入配对模式,然后点击蓝色字体“前往系统WiFi设置”手动连接设备热点( ITEAD-10000XXXX ),密码为12345678,成功连接后返回APP即可配对成功。
添加设备提示“设备主人不确定”
一个设备只能绑定一个账号。
1. 新买的设备且第一次配对出现此提示,请联系卖家。
2. 如果您曾经用其它账号添加了此设备,请先登录其它账号删除,再用当前账号添加。
Can’t find any devices during adding
1. If you have installed mobile security APP such as Mobile Manager or Mobile Safe Assistant, this kind of APPs may have prohibited some permissions of eWeLink. Sometimes the system will even prompt security warning, thus it leads to a failed search.
To solve it, please access to this kind of App, make eWeLink as your trusted App, enter the permission settings, set all eWeLink permissions to Allowed.
2. Your model is too far away from the router, take it closer and retry.
3. Check if the device has auto-exited pairing mode in the pairing process.
4. Try to pair with another WiFi network.
5. Try to pair with another phone.
6. Power off and on device, then try below:
① If your model’s pairing led fast steadily blinks.
Please go to Phone Settings-->Wi-Fi, find the WiFi starts with ITEAD ( ITEAD-10000XXXX), enter the password 12345678. If you failed to find ( ITEAD-10000XXXX) or when you enter the password, it says “Wrong Password”, your model has hardware problem, please contact seller for help.
② If your model’s pairing led fast blinks 3 times and repeats.
Please check if you have enabled “Wireless network internal isolation”. Enabling it will cause the App can’t access the device and failed to search the device. Please disable it.
③ If you are using GSM model(like Sonoff G1, Sonoff G2), when you scan the QR code of the model, it displays “Invalid QR code”, please take a photo of the QR code, and enlarge it on your computer to scan it. Please make sure the model belongs to“eWeLink Supported” products.
Failed to auto-switch to device WiFi.
1.Please make sure the model has entered pairing mode.
2.If the model has exited pairing mode, please let it re-enter into pairing mode. Then click the words in blue “Return to eWeLink System WiFi settings” as shown in the screenshot. Next, please manually connect the WiFi (ITEAD-10000XXXX), the password is 12345678. Once successful, go back to the App. Done.
The App prompts: “We are not sure which account is the device owner”
One device one owner. So make sure you have added it to just one account.
1. This message comes even your device is brand-new and it’s the first time to add it, Please contact seller for help.
2. If you have added this device with other account before, please log in the other account to delete the device first. Then re-add it with your current account.
