收不到验证码
1. 检查国家码/手机号/邮箱是否填写正确;
2. 检查验证码是否被拦截至垃圾箱,如设置了短信拦截功能请关闭后重新获取验证码。
3.请确认是否已点击“发送验证码”的图标,(高于2.4.0版本注册和重置密码时会自动发送验证码)
4.如果仍然收不到验证码,请在APP提交反馈。
注册失败
1.检查验证码是否填写正确或验证码过期(验证码只有半个小时有效期,如果已超过时间请重新获取)。
2. 请确保手机已联网成功且网络稳定。
3. 是否忘记点击“注册”图标。
Failed to receive verification code
1. Check if the country code you select is correct, check if the phone number/ email address you entered is correct.
2. Check if the verification code is in your junk mailbox or in spam SMS box. You may disable the blocking and send again.
3. Check if you have clicked “send”. (V2.4.0 and higher versions auto-send the verification code)
4. If still failed, please submit a feedback on the App.
Failed to register
1. Check if your verification code is entered correctly. Make sure your verification code is entered in 30min valid time. If it’s outdated, please re-send the code.
2. Make sure you phone have connected to a normal network.Check if your phone network is stable.
3. Check if you have forgotten to click “Register”.
